Never Too Late

a review by Peter McGinn

We only watched this movie because it was featured in a retrospective of Cloris Leachman movies after her death. It was just interesting enough to hold our interest through the first half of the film, and even though a few plot holes emerge later on, we stuck with it. A couple of the plot twists seemed unbelievable to me, and even the character growth of a grouchy character seemed unlikely to me.

If you are a real fan of Leachman, Corey Haim or Olivia Dukakis, you might want to take a peek at it, but otherwise I can’t really recommend it.
