The most awarded movie in cinematic history, Everything Everywhere All at Once, which won Best Picture at the Oscars, was also cast and co-produced by her. At the 95th Academy Awards, it took home three of the four acting categories: Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, and Best Supporting Actress. This accomplishment has only been made twice, in 1976. Finn's other credits include the Oscar-winning films Crash and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. For each of these roles, Finn was given the prestigious Artios Award for Outstanding Achievement in Casting, the highest accolade bestowed by the Casting Society of America. The esteemed SAG Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture was also given to those flicks. For her work on Everything Everywhere All at Once, Finn earned the Artios Zeitgeist Award in 2023 and was a nominee for the BAFTA Award for Best Casting. She was also nominated for two Primetime Emmys in 2022 for her casting duties on The Mandalorian and WandaVision.
