Tommy Tallarino

Tommy Tallarino

Known For: Writing

Tommy Tallarino was raised in Rome NY, a mill town way way upstate, and he brings the same blue collar mentality to his entertainment career. Tommy began his journey in Hollywood as Mr. Danny DeVito's personal assistant, learning the entertainment business from the ground floor under the tutelage of one of the all-time nice guys. Tommy Tallarino took on every job possible, eventually becoming the headline comedian for the touring show Mob Men Live. Also a resident headliner for Sapphire Comedy Hour in Las Vegas, Tommy T has performed in 38 states in the USA, while also entertaining the troops whenever he's called. After debuting his show "Tommy Tallarino Night" at the Plaza Hotel/Casino in Downtown Las Vegas, the clean but edgy comic has moved his act to the big showroom at Sapphire. An accomplished writer and well-trained actor, Tommy's television credits cover the entertainment map. Tommy's acting credits include an appearance in the Showtime drama Ray Donovan, a run on the soap classic General Hospital, and a role in the HBO series Luck, starring Dustin Hoffman. Tommy's writing credits include the critically-acclaimed animated show The Boondocks on Adult Swim and the Kevin Hart sitcom Big House on ABC. The Italian-New Yorker kicked off his career by doing everything on his first show: creating, producing and starring in The SportJerks NBA Tour on Comedy Central. The reality-based, sports show was co-produced with Danny DeVito and NBA Commissioner Adam Silver for NBA Entertainment. Tommy's take on Hollywood from a two-decade run: "It's a blue collar business disguised by dizzying, bright lights."
