Fuuki Harumi is a Japanese composer, piano player, and koto player. She studied composition at Kunitachi College of Music Graduate School, Japan. In 2012, Fuuki became the youngest musician to be awarded the Outstanding Achievement in Music award at the 36th edition of Japan Academy Film Prize. She has won the Academy Awards three times in total and become one of the most sought-after film and television composers in Japan. As of 2020, Fuuki has amassed 28 film scores and over 30 scores in television. Her best-known works for film and television include "Chronicle of My Mother", "The Emperor in August", "Sekigahara", "Massan", "Segodon", "Miss HOKUSAI" and "Forest of Piano"(Netflix original series).
