Boot and friends accidentally crossed in the 'Thai Pattana' area and was chased by the Thai Pattana in the middle of the road. Boot used his own mechanics to renovate the stadium in the area of the Thai Pattana but he didn't think of making enemies with Them because he wanted to do good for the quiet society. But the war between two hostile institutions can't be stopped because the 'Mafia Tables' wanted to get both sides to fight each other in order to have a big advantage in arms and drugs.
